Coach Training Programme
The Coach Training Training programme is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It is an Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) program and graduates from the program may apply for an ACC credential in ICF, using the ACSTH application path. The ACC training program tuition fee does not cover the application fee for an ICF credential.
General program vision and goals
The Coach Training Programme at Coachutbildning Sverige provides students with a solid grounding in the principles, practices, and core skills of coaching. The highly experience based workshops focus on building skills for unlocking the potential of others and making visible progress towards performance and goals. Our deep understanding of the coaching profession and industry allows us to develop premier coaches.
The Coach Training Programme is aimed at:
-Leaders and professionals wishing to get an in-depth understanding of the art of being a coach.
-Human resources practitioners working on strategy development, executive leadership and high-performing teams development, change management, and cultural transformation.
-Executives desiring to acquire and develop high-impact coaching skills to optimize organizational performance and potential.
-Independent coaches desiring to reinforce and elevate their foundations to international standards, and to upgrade and expand the scope of their coaching toolbox.
Learning is based on participation and practical experience rather than lecture, with numerous opportunities to coach and receive feedback on acquired coaching skills. It is based on the eleven core coaching competencies as defied by the ICF. Learning each core coaching competency begins with experienced-based group exercises, followed by theoretical sessions. Students are given assignments and support to practice their coaching skills within and between each module.
